At Bloom you will have your own Loan Consultant who will handle all the complex details such as the application form and paperwork. Your consultant will handle your application from start to finish and you won’t be talking to three different people to get your loan approved – it truly is a one stop shop.

Our Process Once you complete the online enquiry form you will be contact by a Bloom Telesales Consultant who will go through with you the details of your application. At this stage we will ask you a few questions regarding your income and expenditure to ensure the Bloom is suitable for you.
Once we have the green light we will then appoint a Bloom Home Loan Consultant to take you through the full application form over the phone, right in the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient for you. Our consultants are trained , certified and will never push you into a loan or product we feel that is not suitable for you, nor will we persuade you into signing up for a loan you do not feel 100% confident or comfortable in.
